Brunei sits bang in the middle of the tropics, and has some of the wettest weather in this part of the world. However, unlike a number of other tropical countries, Brunei doesn't have a distinct dry season and wet season; instead, it rains throughout the year, with the most rainfall between September and January. Besides being humid all through the year, the country is also fairly warm- the mean annual temperature hovers at around 27° C.
