The Archdiocesan Museum, Manila is one of the most important Museums in Manila. The Archdiocesan Museum, Manila was built in the year 1987. The museum occupies an area of about 350 square meters. It is situated just beside the Archdiocesan Archives office which is on the third floor of the Arzobispado building at Intramuros in Manila. The initial items on display at the museum were primarily MsgrFantasy World Philippines is a family entertainment facility, theme amusement and recreation club park. It is located on top of the soft rolling mountain ridge overlooking the clear panoramic views of Taal Lake and Volcano. After its completion, facilities will consist of golf and country club, hotel, condotels and residential houses. The Manila Archdiocesan Museum is full of exotic variety of religious items. The travelers will be delighted to see the presents which were made to the Archdiocese by the kings and famous Spanish personalities. Jose Abriol, the Vicar general of the Archdiocese of Manila, who was the founder of the museum, also bought a few antique items to add to the treasure of the museum. The basilica of Black Nazarenee in Quiapo sponsored the vicar to buy those precious religious relics.

The Archdiocesan Museum in Manila had more than 100 items in its collection by the year 1989. With the appointment of Reverend Father Ruperto Santos as the Assistant Director of the Museum, the museum gained some new exhibits. He started documenting about all the collections of the museum and evolved a theme out of it. The theme was called the "Philippine church history". The authorities prepared all the related exhibits and officially put them on displaying the year 1995, at the 400 years of celebration of the Archdiocesan Museum of Manila. Pope John Paul II graced the occasion by his holy presence.

Reverend Father Jose Peregrino Tomas also contributed a lot to the growth and enhancement of the museum during his short tenure as the director of the museum in 1998. Presently the onus of enriching the museum lies on the shoulder of respected father Roy Rosales who is trying his best to make the museum one of the best in the city of manila.
