The picturesque city of Tagaytay is located in the Province of Cavite, on the famous island of Luzon, at about 60 Km south of Manila. Set on a 2,250 ft high ridge, overlooking the world-famous Taal Volcano and its beautiful Lake, Tagaytay is one of the most enchanting tourist destinations in the Philippines. Its lush green fruit and flower gardens and coffee plantations make it a perfect eco-tourism destination in the country. Tagaytay also enjoys a cool and pleasant climate all round the year and so referred as the second summer capital of the Philippines after Baguio City.

Location

Tagaytay City is located in the Province of Cavite, island of Luzon, approximately 56 kilometers south of Manila. It overlooks Manila Bay on the north, Taal Lake and Taal volcano on the south, Laguna Bay on the east and the China Sea on the west.

Palace In The Sky

Covered with lush green surroundings, the Tagaytay-Taal Ridge offers breathtaking views of the beautiful Taal Lake and Volcano. The region also has a number of old monasteries, churches and exciting historical sites.

The Flower Farm

Located on a scenic slope of a hill in Tagaytay, the beautiful sprawling Flower Farm has excellent varieties of flowers, including roses, gerberas, chrysanthemums, carnations, and anthuriums. It provides a unique and colorful charm to Tagaytay.

St. Anne's Shrine

Located in a small but beautiful landscaped garden, the shrine has an amazing grotto of the Virgin Mary.

Other major tourist attractions in and around Tagaytay include the Las Pinas Church with its about 180 year old Bamboo Organ and the famous Jeepney Factory.
